Smart availability

Set when you're bookable — by weekday, time of day, and event type. Buffer times between appointments, minimum notice, and maximum booking range included.

Calendar integration

Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook/O365, Apple iCloud, GMX or Yahoo. 7termin.de reads your existing appointments and prevents double bookings automatically.

Automatic confirmations

After every booking, your customer automatically receives a confirmation email with an ICS attachment — ready to add to any calendar. You also get a notification.

Easy cancellations

Every confirmation email includes a unique cancellation link. Customers can cancel on their own — you're notified and the slot is automatically freed.
